Chief Operating Office

Bruce Kowkabany brings three decades of leadership and IT experience as well as an extensive background in building and operating successful companies in multiple industries. He has proven success as CEO and COO of several companies including Channergy, a software company founded in 1995 that continues to serve hundreds of e-commerce resellers including Fortune 1000 companies. His expertise is an invaluable asset to both Global Luxury Group and its clients.


Chief Financial Officer

Senior finance leader with Big 4 experience and MBA from top university. Expertise in direct, hands-on development and management of accounting operations, financial analysis and reporting, audit and tax compliance, risk management, investor relations, human resources, and fiscal controls.


Chief Relationships Officer

Lisa is a San Diego resident with 34 years of sales experience, 19 of which as a Real Estate agent. She excels in building relationships, navigating challenges, and finalizing successful transactions. With a strong work ethic and personable demeanor, Lisa is also devoted to her family and enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time at San Diego’s beautiful beaches.


Operations Manager

With over 10 years of management experience, Kristianne Dureza oversees the Global Luxury Group’s global operations and proprietary lead generation systems. With the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail, Kristianne works tirelessly to ensure our group of world class realtors are able to assist as many luxury homeowners with the sale of their beautiful estates. Shawn Kelly

Excelling in many facets of real estate and hospitality, Shawn has owned, managed and helped build a multitude of successful projects. Through his career he has been a consultant and person of action; helping to build business and community through an array of industries. Jennifer White

Jennifer White has been in Real Estate Since 2015 in the Atlanta area, including Residential, Commercial, and Land Sales. Prior to Real Estate she spent 10 years in the Automotive SaaS industry working with Dealerships across the US and Canada. Jennifer has a background in recruiting, training, and consultanting with companies to develop sales teams.

Amy Garrison

Amy Garrison is a longtime resident of San Diego and brings over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing to her position as Director of Luxury Estates in Orange County. Her energy and drive to help others, along with her ability to create solid, long-lasting relationships, have brought her continuing success in helping clients clarify and reach their ultimate goals.

Claudia Kreitenberg

Claudia has had a successful career in corporate sales, managing large accounts specializing in negotiating and closing. She grew up at the Jersey Shore and graduated from Syracuse University. Now living in Los Angeles, she enjoys daily hikes and taking advantage of the LA weather. Claudia has flipped more than a dozen homes and enjoys the excitement of the real estate market.

Tony Taverrite

Tony Taverrite is a top performing, versatile sales professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate. a personable and resourceful individual, who is committed to developing strong relationships with clients while providing solutions for their most challenging needs. Tony has won numerous sales awards and has experience managing large sales organizations, recruiting, and training. He currently resides in Laguna Niguel, California, with his wife, Sherry, and has two amazing sons. When time permits, Tony enjoys the outdoors by visiting the local beaches and golfing.

Rhonda Bernard

I’ve been in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 25 years, and I’ve always had a passion for helping people find their dream home or sell their existing home to improve their situation. I’ve been published in Who’s Who publications twice in the mortgage industry. I’ve been around all aspects of real estate, and I look forward to continually improving sellers and buyers experiences with Global Luxury Group.

Dr. Kristen Fenrick

Dr. Kristen Fenrick, a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience, held a prominent role as an agent owner for a Fortune 100 brand. Recognized for her expertise in business and leadership, she spearheads 'The Launch' program, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs. Currently, as Director of Brand Development at Global Luxury Group, she excels in enhancing brand awareness and facilitating luxury property sales. Dr. Fenrick, a family-oriented individual, resides in DFW and enjoys traveling.

Alex Caragiannides

It is always impressive when you meet a highly successful entrepreneur who also somehow manages to be down-to-earth. Alex Caragiannides is that kind of entrepreneur. His upbeat attitude and grounded demeanor were handed down through his roots growing up in a North Side Greek community in Chicago, Alex learned early on that if you work hard and make yourself invaluable to others, you’ll never go hungry. This spirit continues to drive Alex’s work ethic to this day.
